Meeting Rooms in Barsha Heights & TECOM

Barsha Heights — still widely known as TECOM — sits in the middle of Dubai's media, tech and SME corridor, which makes it one of the most practical places in the city to bring people together. HIVE's three meeting rooms are on level 14 of i-Rise Tower and open on 3 December 2026. Here is what is available and how to choose.

The rooms at i-Rise Tower

• Focus room — 2 people. For interviews, 1:1s and client calls.
• Boardroom — up to 6 people. For team meetings and client presentations.
• Conference room — up to 12 people. For board meetings, pitches and training sessions.

Every meeting room can be booked by the hour or for the full day. Current rates, before 5% VAT, are on the booking page and the prices page.

What's in every room

• A large screen, ready for presentations and video calls
• Fast Wi-Fi
• A whiteboard
• Barista coffee and water
• Reception to greet your guests and show them to the room

These are part of the room — you don't pay extra for them.

Which room for which meeting

• Interviews and 1:1s: the Focus room keeps it private and on time.
• Client meetings and team sessions: the Boardroom seats six around one table.
• Board meetings, pitches and training: the Conference room seats twelve.
• A full day of back-to-back meetings: book a room for the day.

How booking works

1. Choose your room on the booking page.
2. Pick a date from 3 December 2026 and a time slot.
3. Pay online in AED. Your confirmation arrives by email.

There is no membership, no sales call and no login. Online booking is switched on before opening day; until then, join the waiting list and tell us the date you need.

Getting to i-Rise Tower

i-Rise Tower is in Barsha Heights (TECOM), Dubai. The nearest Metro station is Dubai Internet City on the Red Line, about 15 minutes' walk or a short ride on the building's free shuttle bus. The building has covered parking. More on access and arrival is on the i-Rise Tower page.
