What “really serviced” means

- A person at the desk who knows your name, welcomes your guests, takes your calls and mail, and answers the same day.
- Your office
- Furnished, cleaned three times a week, own air-conditioning, fast internet, 24/7 access. Ready on the day we said.
- Rooms and booths
- Four meeting rooms for 2 to 12 people, with a monthly allowance of hours included for members. Phone booths across the floor, free, no booking needed.
- Printing and extras
- Printing with a monthly allowance included, your own PIN and a clear monthly statement. Anything extra is priced in writing before you use it.
- Problems
- You tell one person. It is fixed while you keep working, and you hear back when it is done.
- Community
- A members' evening every month with food and drinks, introductions between neighbours, and a team that looks after people, not just offices.
